Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer shipping within the United States with the following options:

Standard Shipping

  • $12.00 for orders between $0.00 – $59.99
  • Free for orders over $60
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Expedited Shipping

  • $18.00 for orders between $0.00 – $99.99
  • Free for orders over $100
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.
  • If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping Carriers

Delays & Unexpected Issues

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

PETALLIAS is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier, but we will always assist you in tracking your order.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned.
  • If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your address.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • PETALLIAS is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, additional fees, duties, and customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
